with you.

Here is how the current Eplo iPhone app, this website, and our support channel handle information.

Effective and last updated: 5 October 2026

Who operates Eplo

Eplo is developed and operated by Ahmet Anıl Şen. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@eplo.app.

Your list and watched history

Eplo stores your saved shows, episode progress, viewing history, spoiler preference, and cached catalog information locally on your device. Eplo does not upload your personal list or watched history to an Eplo account or server. The current app has no account system or device-to-device sync.

Eplo does not include advertising, a third-party analytics SDK, or advertising tracking. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

Catalog searches and images

Eplo requests public show and episode information from TVmaze over HTTPS. Your search terms and the identifiers of shows or episodes you open are sent to TVmaze to return the requested information. Loading artwork also makes requests to TVmaze’s image service. As with other network requests, the receiving service can see technical information such as your IP address and request details.

These requests do not send your complete saved list or viewing history. TVmaze operates its services independently; its handling and retention of request information are governed by its own practices. Read the TVmaze privacy policy.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate issues. Our support address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to deliver messages to a Gmail inbox. Messages therefore pass through Cloudflare and Google.

We keep support correspondence while it is needed to handle the request and related follow-up. You can ask us to delete correspondence you have sent. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

TestFlight beta testing

If you install Eplo through TestFlight, Apple collects beta testing information and makes information such as crash reports, usage information, and feedback available to the developer. Feedback may include your contact details and screenshots you submit. We use this information to diagnose problems and improve Eplo. Apple manages the TestFlight service and its own retention. Read TestFlight & Privacy.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network and request information to serve the pages and protect its services. The site does not set application cookies, use advertising trackers, embed third-party analytics, or collect information through a contact form. Email links open your chosen email application.

Storage and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you change it or remove the app. You can change watched progress and remove shows in Eplo; removing a show from My List does not erase its viewing history. To clear all local Eplo data, use iOS’s Delete App option rather than Offload App, which retains app data.

Your device’s backup settings may include app data in Apple-managed backups. Deleting the app does not necessarily remove existing backups. Manage device and cloud backups through Apple’s settings. We cannot read or delete records stored only on your device, or backups held by Apple.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to send support messages or beta feedback. Contact info@eplo.app to ask about information you have shared with us, request access or correction, or request deletion. Rights available under applicable privacy laws depend on your location. We will handle requests in accordance with those laws.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if Eplo’s data practices change, including if accounts, sync, or new services are introduced. The date above identifies the current policy.
